Job summary Overseeing strategic RHSS initiatives ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and fostering continuous improvement. Your role will be to interface with the Trust Executive team to interpret the Trust strategic objectives and risk management framework into an implementation plan. Your task will be to transform our current RHSS systems into an effective quality management system that demonstrates levels of assurance. A strategic leadership at a corporate level is essential for developing and advancing the Health and Safety agenda throughout the Trust whilst monitoring and acting on central reporting systems for incident management and chairing the Medical Devices Safety Committee. You will have all the necessary qualifications and knowledge required to provide professional leadership and strategic direction of risk and compliance with regulatory bodies, supporting the delivery of high quality, safe care for all who visit or work at the Trust.
