What you'll be doing
1. Prepare and submit the monthly Investor Relations (IR) Board reports.
2. Summarise and circulate analyst notes on BT Group and the sector to senior leadership.
3. Prepare and distribute an end of day market summary to senior leadership.
4. Responsible for the preparation of fortnightly consensus for website publication.
5. Support the quarterly results process, taking ownership of the external KPIs and online investor summary.
6. Prepare and circulate quarterly IR bulletin summarising BT news flow to investors and analysts.
7. Become IR lead on specific group/business unit subjects by building strong internal networks.
8. Support IR and management roadshows, presentations, sales force presentations and other meetings/events.
The skills you'll need
9. Strong numerical acumen with a good understanding of financial reporting and accounting, financial modelling and valuation.
10. An excellent communicator able to distil complex issues into easily understandable messages.
11. An interest and understanding of Capital Markets.
12. Good knowledge of the telecoms industry – Desirable.
13. Well organised with an ability to prioritise activities and manage internal and external senior stakeholders.
14. A can-do attitude and desire to produce excellent results in everything they do.
