Work closely with our experienced Pricing Managers to provide an accurate and efficient administration service within a busy Pricing Department.

About The Role
Responsibilities:
The following list constitutes the key tasks and duties of your post upon which your job performance will be assessed. Tasks are not in any particular order, therefore the sequence which they appear should not be interpreted as indicating priority or relative importance.
Duties will include:
¡ Preparation and input of customer quotations working to a high level of accuracy.
¡ Check system to verify customer details, contract details and ground worker details.
¡ Email quotations to customers and sales staff after all necessary checks have been carried out.
¡ Respond to email and phone quotation from customers or external sales team in a professional manner.
¡ Use our Dynamics system to check specification and contract information.
¡ Use our Barbour/CIS systems to ensure all opportunity information is detailed and accurate.
¡ Creation of new and updating opportunities carried out accurately.
¡ Seek WWTO dates from customers via email/phone calls.
¡ The ability to use SharePoint to view and analyse information.
¡ Have an understanding and awareness of all pricelists, excel documents and rebates.
¡ Ensure all phone calls are answered assisting in a professional manner with all queries.
¡ Understand measurements and calculations to assist with estimation and quantification.
¡ Enter orders accurately and efficiently on to our order entry system.
¡ Attend monthly 1-1 meetings with Pricing Manager.
¡ Use Power BI to report on any data required.
¡ Provide continuous feedback to Pricing Manager on the performance, values and behaviours and assist in finding solutions to improving any areas of concern.
¡ Assist with induction training plans for new starts.
¡ Ensure all Service Level Agreements and Departmental Processes are met.
¡ Apply teamwork and a positive, âcan doâ culture at all times.
¡ Provide cover on other job roles within the office when required.
¡ Any other duties as required within a busy Pricing environment.

Desired Criteria
* â˘A levels/Degree
* â˘3 yearsâ experience in a similar role within the construction industry
* â˘Full Valid UK Licence
Required Criteria
* â˘5 GCSEâs at A â C Grade to include Maths/English
* â˘6+ months experience in a busy office environment
* â˘6+ months of customer service experience
* â˘Very well organised person â˘Self-motivated â˘Ability to work as part of a team and independently
