ROLE
As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth for the company's Livingston operations. You'll engage with new, lapsed, and existing customers to nurture strong relationships, while delivering exceptional service and hitting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively managing daily sales operations to ensure an efficient and productive environment.
2. Actively seeking out opportunities to grow the business by engaging with prospects via phone, email, and in-person visits.
3. Utilizing HubSpot CRM to effectively manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate records, and analyze sales performance.
4. Collaborating with your manager to implement strategic sales initiatives and continuously refine processes.
5. Mentoring team members on best practices for CRM usage and ensuring top-notch data quality.
6. Building on the company's existing reputation to expand its customer base across Scotland and beyond.
What We're Looking For:
You’ll bring energy, motivation, and a results-driven mindset. Our ideal candidate is skilled in sales strategy and relationship building and thrives on the challenge of exceeding targets.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A strong track record in B2B sales, ideally with experience in construction/build materials.
2. Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar systems (highly desirable).
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust.
4. A willingness to travel for client visits (1-2 days per week).
5. Solid organisational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for business opportunities.
