Job Description
You will promote and embed Experian's Risk Management Framework processes within the UK&I business.
Reporting into our Regional Head of Risk, this is a hybrid role based out of either our London or Nottingham base office.

You will implement and embed the tools, policies, standards and procedures required for the business to manage its current and emerging risks.
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
* You will assist the UK&I Head of Risk in driving the Regional Risk Profile and the maturity in Risk Management activities.
* Communicate areas of exposure and recommended areas of focus to the Senior Operational Risk Manager.
* Monitor and analyse risks within the UK&I region across the teams and report on material areas of existing and potential exposure.
* Report on the risk profile with visibility of important areas of materiality and identification of any key changes in risk materialisation/assessment and control effectiveness.
* Co-ordinate with other Risk Managers to identify thematics and concentrations.
* Provide guidance and training to risk owners and other stakeholders on the application of the risk management framework, tools, and techniques.
* Conduct assurance activities and deep dives to explore areas of exposure and provide recommendations.
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
* Solid experience in a risk environment.
* Experience in working within a 2nd Line Governance function.
* Relevant risk certifications.
* Experience of supporting and establishing the maintenance and delivery of risk management policies and protocols.

* Demonstrate analytical skills.
* Previous experience within Financial services or a Regulated environment.
