About the Role:
You will be working closely with a child who requires 1:1 support in a classroom setting, helping them access learning, build confidence, and grow socially and emotionally. This is a full-time, long-term position starting ASAP, where your dedication can have a lasting impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing tailored support to meet the child’s individual needs.
* Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO to develop strategies and progress.
* Promoting a positive learning environment.
* Encouraging social interaction and independence.
* Monitoring progress and reporting back to teachers and parents.
Who we're looking for:
If you're someone who is patient, compassionate, and ready to help a child succeed, this is the role for you! Previous experience with SEN is an advantage, but not essential – a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
