Job Title: PE Cover Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the delivery of PE lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5, working alongside qualified teachers to enhance students' learning experience.
2. Leading PE sessions when required, demonstrating your passion and knowledge for the subject.
3. Acting as a positive role model for students, helping to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
4. Supporting students with additional needs or behavioural challenges, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.
5. Developing your skills and knowledge through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. A degree in a sports-related field.
2. Previous experience working with children (school experience is preferable, but not essential).
3. Enthusiasm for education and sports, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
4. Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
6. A real passion for helping students reach their potential, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
7. Experience supporting students with additional needs or challenging behaviour is preferable, but not essential.
