The Agency Access Manager plays a pivotal role in the identity and access management of our digital marketing business; a role that requires high focus, a dedication to accuracy and information protection and security across the business.
Collaborating with the Director of Agency Access Management and the broader team, this position will work on information access processes, governance, and daily access management requirements throughout the agency, extending to Croud's network of Croudies, employees, clients, and contractors. The Agency Access Manager will also collaborate closely with the team to ensure the successful implementation of the annual team Roadmap.
This integral role involves seamless coordination with the IT, The Croudie Network, Compliance and Tech teams, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of access management and governance across the agency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assists the access team with global agency platform access management; from digital marketing and platform access through to operational governance of core business tools.
* Supports the team with the management of our LastPass password manager platform, credential management, and virtual machine access through Microsoft Azure.
* Identifies risks associated with access management, security or compliance and escalates them to the Director of Agency Access Management and/or Compliance/IT where required.
* Supports with access management and requirements for all levels of stakeholder within the business: our Croudies and personnel through to clients and suppliers.
* Takes ownership of platform audits identifying areas of improvement.
* Completes platform audits and assists the wider team with governance operational process documentation.
* Assists in maintaining and developing access and security training such as LastPass, access management, task credentials, and security basics for the access team and the wider business.
* Takes responsibility for ensuring that the access team’s SLA is always met.
* Assists with managing the integration, planning, and implementation of companies that are purchased by the company.
* Implements access and compliance best practices and assists others in the team to do the same.
* Involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues arising from the management of IAM platforms.
* Creates and maintains documentation relating to the management of IAM platforms.
* Works with internal and external stakeholders to understand access requirements.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* 1+ years of experience in an Identity and Access Management (IAM) role or similar.
* Desired experience: Password management tools such as LastPass, Managing user accounts in Google Workspace/Microsoft Azure/Office365, Previous experience in Digital Marketing notably around identity and access management and permissions.
* Strong technical skills; such as a good ability to pick up new digital systems, working out how digital systems work.
* Passion for troubleshooting, solution-oriented.
* Process-driven and focused logical thinker.
* Ability to focus and act quickly and precisely in all situations.
* Excellent organisation and project management skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* A strong sense of confidentiality and sensitivity in situations.

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
