This role offers a salary of up to £21+ph depending on experience. You'll enjoy a full-time, permanent position working 38.5 hours per week, 3 days one week, and 4 the next. Additionally, you'll have the chance to lead a team and make a real difference in the lives of residents.

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of nurses and care staff
Assisting the Home Manager in running the service
Ensuring high standards of care are maintained
Liaising with relatives and external healthcare professionals
