Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop & implement robust and effective Category based sourcing strategies.
2. Develop and implement indirect category procurement strategies for HR services to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
3. Take a total acquisition cost (TAC) approach to savings and benefit realisation.
4. Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers to meet the company's HR requirements.
5. Contract negotiation.
6. Business partnering with key internal users creating productive partnerships.
7. Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
8. Support the development of standardised supplier performance management and spend data analysis.
9. Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
10. Ensure procurement activities align with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
11. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information.
Experience:
1. Strong knowledge of indirect procurement category strategy.
2. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
3. Evidence of strategic alignment meeting corporate commercial goals.
4. Supplier risk management.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be a benefit.
2. MCIPS or studying towards.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within indirect procurement, preferably with experience on HR services or wide scope of indirect categories.
