What you will be doing :
1. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service while corresponding with guests via various methods in a timely manner.
2. Book, enter and update room reservation requests & rooming lists, as well as build & maintain group blocks, using the relevant systems to ensure a flawless check-in & check-out process.
3. Ensure accurate payment information is received and inputted in a timely manner.
4. Maximize revenue by upselling guestrooms and recommending hotel facilities.
5. Assist with balancing inventory / room types.
6. Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with Sales, Food & Beverage, Front Office & other departments as required.
7. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
8. Due to the requirements of the role, it needs to be performed onsite; no working from home options are available.
