Bauder are seeking a proactive and technically competent IT Support Team Manager, to take a hands-on approach to the expansion of our IT Team. This will be a busy role within our growing IT department, supporting our UK and Ireland employees and ensuring excellent customer service and effective and efficient solutions. Main Duties Lead on day-to-day support operations and internal IT projects, manage escalations, and provide guidance to ensure best practices in troubleshooting and user support. Work with other IT team members to improve processes and support system upgrades, making sure our team meets both technical and customer service standards. Build a complete support eco system, from process to delivery, and create SLA, KPIs etc., establishing what is needed and seeing it out to the production environment. Lead and manager the IT Support Team, including complete performance and talent management. Support the deployment of new IT systems, software and services. Take the lead of IT projects. Key experience Previous experience managing modern IT estates Previous experience managing and leading a team Key knowledge Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Strong knowledge of cloud solutions Awareness of IT operating standards and frameworks focused on cyber security standards and practises (for example Cyber Essentials/plus, ISO27001) Excellent knowledge of IT governance and risk management Key skills/person spec Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to lead, mentor and coach others Excellent Stakeholder Management skills Why work for Bauder?
