Position Overview
Our Area Sales Manager - Northern of England and Ireland, will drive sales growth within their assigned area by identifying and securing new business opportunities for INEOS Automotive. Working in conjunction with our dealer partner network, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in growing market share in their area achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Ownership of relationships with dealers in your area, analysing performance in all areas, driving improvement driven by data
2. Implement area sales strategies which focus on expanding market presence, increasing sales volume, maximising profitability and exceeding targets
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, distributors and clients
4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business expansion opportunities
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
6. Report on sales performance and forecast trends
What we are looking for:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
4. A results-driven attitude with a passion for exceeding targets
5. Willingness to travel within the region
