Responsibilities of a Property Administrator: Ensuring the smooth day to day running of the office Being the first point of contact for people coming into the office Answering the telephone and filtering the calls to the right department Writing professional emails and letters Upkeep of Property Maintenance day to day tasks and co-ordination, including dealing with tenants, landlords, trade and suppliers. Dealing with all aspects of the Lettings administration from advertising properties, registering applicants, arranging property viewings, signups, preparation of all tenancy documentation and renewals Ensuring all compliance related items are actioned such GSCs, EPCs, EICRs and FRAs. Liaising with tenants and landlords Key management Looking after the company subscriptions Carrying out market research for the company subscriptions and purchasing all supplies and materials Applying for Property licenses and Possessions claims and Money claims online Attending appointments necessary and carry out tasks in and out of the office Diary and email management for the directors Adhoc tasks to support the team Conducting Property Inspections Skills & Experience Required to be a successful Property Administrator: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise Positive, pro-active and flexible approach Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy Previous administration experience required, ideally within the property industry Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
