Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire Start Date: September Contract Type: Short-Term or Long-Term Salary: £100-£110 per day Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs. Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the SENCO. Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the holistic development of each student. Monitor and record student progress, contributing to ongoing assessments. Requirements: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or SEN TA is desirable. A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to their educational development.
