Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain project documentation (drawings, contracts, procurement records)
Ensure document accuracy, version control, and accessibility
Support procurement by handling purchase orders, vendor agreements & contracts
Track material deliveries and resolve supplier issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in document control & procurement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Proficiency in Aconex, SharePoint, SAP, or Oracle
Strong organizational & communication skills with attention to detail
