We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our thriving team, based in our Birmingham office. This role is to support our well-established team recruiting across the business to support consultants and account managers. You will be responsible for sourcing a range of education staff to fill incoming roles for the business such as Teachers, Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, and Home Tutors. From a commission perspective, this role has massive earning potential as you are recruiting to support across the business.
Prior experience as a resourcer is required.
Duties include:
1. Using job boards to source candidates to work across the business in schools and as home tutors.
2. Calling candidates regularly, keeping everyone up to date and the database up to date.
3. Identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process.
4. Interviewing and obtaining references for candidates alongside pre-employment checks.
5. Sourcing candidates to work as Home Tutors on a part-time and full-time basis.
This role would be ideal for education professionals looking to move into a sales environment related to Education, as prior education knowledge will allow you to build a rapport with potential tutors and use your knowledge and expertise to place them into a suitable role. This role also offers great career progression onto account manager to manage relationships with local authorities and organise and place tutors within 12 months, along with a route towards management. A commission is also payable for every tutor placed into a successful position, so there is great earning potential.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief.
2. Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements.
3. Write, place, and update adverts in line with company procedures.
4. Monitor responses/applications received and ensure that candidates' applications are processed efficiently.
5. Qualify, shortlist, and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies.
6. Conduct face-to-face interviews in person and online to quality check candidates.
7. Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams.
8. Initiate, manage, and develop candidate relationships.
9. Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets.
10. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function.
11. Understand and support the sales process.
12. Provide first line support for all enquiries.
13. Provide support to ensure that the candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times.
