This role is part of the Digital Customer Crew within Institutional Banking, where we deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that serve business & institutional customers across our relationship-managed customer segments of the bank. Our mission is to empower businesses to thrive using the technology of tomorrow. By leveraging digital tools, our Crew aims to elevate the customer experience and deliver exceptional products and services. This role reports to an Experience Design Chapter Lead.
Your Skills and Experience
You are an enthusiastic problem-solver with great visualization skills. You’re good at:
* Certifications in UX / UI design.
* Human-centered design, understanding the relationships between people’s behaviors and digital product systems thinking, capable of designing for the holistic ecosystem beyond the screen.
* Designing across web, responsive mobile, and native apps.
* Rapid prototyping, comfortable with various methodologies from free-hand sketching to wireframing.
* Recognizing aesthetic and visual design, knowing the difference between “good” and “great” work.
* Experience in Agile and / or LEAN projects.
* Good stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Sound commercial acumen and strong communication skills.
We Are Interested to Hear from People Who Have
* 3+ years of experience in UX / UI design.
* Expertise in design tools (e.g., Figma) and frameworks, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional design outcomes.
* Knowledge of human-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
* A proven track record of delivering impactful initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong strategic thinking skills, leveraging analytics and customer insights.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A resilient, pragmatic approach to managing competing priorities.
