A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor based in our Malvern office in our Private Client Department. No day is the same in our Private Client Department and we are looking for someone who is proactive, strives to work in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid of being an integral part of the business.
The role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
1. Reviewing instructions and title registers
2. Reviewing documents provided by clients and third parties
3. Corresponding with clients via telephone, email and letters
4. Corresponding with third parties via telephone, email and letters
5. Overseeing ongoing matters and assisting with file management
6. Producing and amending documents
7. Providing training and assisting junior members of staff
8. Complying with AML Regulations and completing ID checks
9. Raising invoices in relation to work carried out
10. Submitting documents to the Land Registry
You will need:
The ability to work well within a team as well as independently. It is also important to have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and to be an integral member of the team. You need to be confident communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of clients and businesses.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
