As a Ward Manager, you will: Manage the Forensic ward and its resources to ensure exceptional standards of care. Ensure the nursing team has the skills, knowledge, and motivation to deliver high-quality care. Assist with the development of services, ensuring wards run effectively. Provide senior nursing leadership and act as a visible role model. Plan and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care. Handle rota management and ensure effective staffing levels. Assess and manage the physical healthcare needs of patients. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and quality standards. Provide clinical supervision, appraisals, and mandatory training for the nursing team.
