This team plays a pivotal role in the reconciliation and management of client money, collaborating with both clients and insurance underwriters.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting managers and senior managers in managing the interface between client finance teams, client-facing broking businesses, and insurers.
2. Acting as the technical escalation point within the client finance teams, ensuring optimal levels of service for insurers.
3. Building and strengthening insurer relationships by reviewing processes, fostering collaboration, and leading partnership meetings.
4. Developing and monitoring KPIs/SLAs, ensuring the team meets performance targets.
