Job Title: Service Delivery Performance Manager Location: Brighton (Hybrid Working Available) Salary: Up to £60,000 About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join the Client Finance Operations team of a leading global insurance brokerage. This team plays a pivotal role in the reconciliation and management of client money, collaborating with both clients and insurance underwriters. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in finance or insurance broking accounts who is looking to make an impact in a dynamic and growing business. The successful candidate will focus on enhancing insurer relationships, ensuring service excellence, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Supporting managers and senior managers in managing the interface between client finance teams, client-facing broking businesses, and insurers. Acting as the technical escalation point within the client finance teams, ensuring optimal levels of service for insurers. Building and strengthening insurer relationships by reviewing processes, fostering collaboration, and leading partnership meetings. Developing and monitoring KPIs/SLAs, ensuring the team meets performance targets. Producing management reports on key targets, projects, and insurer issues. Escalating and coordinating the resolution of issues with business units or technical teams. Managing credit control requests from insurers, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Supporting premium query resolution, tracking actions to completion, and coordinating business and insurer performance reviews. Assisting managers with training gap analysis, performance feedback, and annual appraisals. Candidate Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive and analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Specific requirements include: A background in finance or client finance operations. Strong knowledge of insurance broking accounts and FSA client money rules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with industry software such as Power BI, Brokersure BE/EA, and A4B. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and facilitate decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
