Corpus Christi College wishes to appoint a Wellbeing, Belonging and Inclusion Coordinator. The purpose of this post is proactively to promote an innovative and cohesive set of initiatives aimed at fostering students’ personal belonging and social inclusion, encouraging self-leadership and wellbeing, and tackling student loneliness by completing a series of projects for the College over a three-year period. The appointee will be responsible for the delivery of projects associated with the College’s ambitions to smooth the transition between school and university for incoming undergraduates.
We are seeking an individual with some knowledge of the undergraduate system in a collegiate University, and of methods to promote physical and/or mental wellbeing; with experience with working independently within societies or groups, and of leadership or mentoring roles in settings involving students. The appointee will have excellent communication and presentational skills, with the emotional intelligence to interact sensitively with a wide range of stakeholders, including students of various ages and backgrounds, teachers, and parents, as well as academics and colleagues working in administrative and operational departments.
