Job Description
* Seeking a Programme Coordinator with a background in travel and/or overseas events to join our Chinese Sales Team.
* Work alongside the Head of China and report to the Operations Manager.
* Drive partnership growth across government, commercial, and school levels in China.
* Help develop a China market-focused team to support a nationwide network.
* Train new employees, analyse & track key metrics, and support sales partners using these insights.
* Design and propose delegations & trips for our established China network.
* Recruit new local partners to support schools and customers in forming partnerships and selling overseas study programs & exchanges.
* Adjust product details based on feedback from customers, partners, and government stakeholders.
* Work closely with the operations team to organise school hosting itineraries.
* Lead and negotiate contracts with specialist China agents to book and deliver immersion trips.
* Must demonstrate strong communication and time management skills.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Travel Programme Coordinator - Mandarin Speaking' should have:
* Fluency in Mandarin and English.
* Exceptional organisational skills, particularly in event or travel coordination.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for education and global learning.
* Background in travel industry (Desired).
