Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team and play a major role in the Service Delivery Unit leadership team, leading the Redditch and Bromsgrove Neighbourhood Teams. The role entails the operational management of these 3 Teams which includes the line management of Band 7 Team Leads, Therapy Leads, Band 4 PA and some ACPs; budget management; Quality and performance monitoring and service improvements. The post holder will need to take part in system calls regarding patient flow and support with the escalation of delays where needed. Leading and monitoring Innovations around working more closely with Primary Care as part of the Accelerator pilot site to further develop an integrated service approach to care. Supporting initiatives in Frailty, AHP integration and Tissue Viability. This role includes being part of the on-call rota for the Trust. Main duties of the job You will work closely with the Deputy Associate Director and fellow Integrated Community Service Leads as part of our Senior Management Team. Accountable to the Deputy Associate Director you will support strategic leadership to clinical services operationally on a day-to-day basis and will be aligned with the following services: Neighbourhood Teams, MSK / APP Services, and our Housing, Adaptations and Equipment Services.
