IMultiply are working in partnership with a leading business looking for a Full-Time, permanent Payroll Administrator to be based in their Stirling office. This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroller with an enthusiastic and hard-working attitude.
The Company
This is a fantastic opportunity within a dynamic and supportive payroll team that sits within a larger finance and HR function. A high-performing business that has gone through a period of growth and requires an additional Payroll Administrator to support this growth.
The Role
· Carry out full end to end payroll process including BACS payment, including new starters, leavers, salary changes and variable payments
· Assist the payroll supervisor and work with the rest of the payroll team with processing information from several departments
· Manage colleague queries
· Process manual payments as and when required
· Pension Administration
· Process statutory payments
· Process HMRC downloads
· Manage deductions for third parties through the payroll
· Preparation, analysis and issue payroll reports to the wider business
· Ensure checks in relation to national minimum wage to ensure HMRC compliance
· Attend monthly HR/Payroll reviews
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
· 3+ years previous payroll experience
· Excellent numeracy and attention to detail
· Excellent IT skills, with particular focus on Microsoft Office. Strong excel skills including Vlookups
· Experience of manual tax calculations and P11D benefits
· The ability to work to tight deadlines and in a high pressure environment
· The ability to prioritise workload
· Ability to work as part of a team, but also the ability to work under minimal supervision and own initiative
· Experience working with Zellis ResourceLink would be beneficial
