The Role
My client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead their client acquisition efforts through cold calling and networking.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring regular follow-ups to convert leads into clients.
* Understand client needs and present tailored financing solutions effectively.
* Develop a deep understanding of lending products and market trends.
* Collaborate with the marketing and underwriting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the financial services sector.
* Strong experience in cold calling and lead generation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively.
* Knowledge of alternative lending solutions is a plus.
* A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
