The UM media team are responsible for the planning and buying of media campaigns for our clients. The team has extensive experience across the full range of online and offline channels.
We are looking for an experienced Ad Ops Executive to support the media team for a variety of clients in industries including retail, automotive, healthcare, charity, and finance.

Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing clients' trafficking, measurement, tagging, and ensure effective execution of all digital campaigns.
2. Translate media plans accurately into an ad server, with creative details, landing URLs and analytics tracking to achieve campaign objectives.
3. Manage the building of taxonomy URLs.
4. Assign creatives to appropriate media placements via trafficking sheets.
5. Collaborate with Brand Safety partners to wrap tags when required.
6. Contribute to data integrity management across all digital activity.
7. Support senior team members on internal projects.
8. Conduct QA/testing of tags to ensure accurate setup and troubleshoot when required.
9. Manage the distribution of creative/ad tags (redirects) to key stakeholders/media partners.
10. Establish and nurture relationships with client service teams.
11. Demonstrate curiosity and be a diligent learner with great attention to detail.
12. Ensure that the work delivered by the team meets the client's objectives.
13. Manage multiple priorities effectively.
14. Maintain high standards of quality in the team's deliverables.
15. Employ creative problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions to business challenges.
About You
16. Previous exposure to trafficking, reporting, and tagging with a strong knowledge of Ad Operations
17. You should be comfortable using Excel and able to handle large sheets of data.
18. Knowledge of ad verification and brand safety tools.
19. We need someone capable of managing a variety of stakeholders - client, account management and activation teams across different markets.
20. Being a technical point person for questions from client service teams
21. Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to self-prioritise tasks and manage multiple campaigns.
22. Must be a team player, with collaborative work ethic and a strong desire to succeed.
23. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment, reacting quickly and efficiently to changing priorities.
24. Previous experience in a media agency would be beneficial.
