What You'll Bring:
We’re looking for a Senior Advisor: Market Development to join our growing Market Development team.
You’ll learn and help to provide industry expertise for our Financial Services division within the client engagement process promoting market trend setting solutions to critical business issues experienced by our clients through consultative engagement processes and methods.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
* Ideate, design and implement sales strategies that leverage an end-to-end approach to increase sales results.
* Monitor, manage and report on strategy progress, course correcting where necessary.
* Design customer centric value proposition plans and sales messaging, connecting customer and solution value.
* Utilize data to create Target Addressable Market bottom up sizing to help prioritize sales focus.
* Conduct detailed evaluation and opportunity creation via cross sell and upsell sales planning.
* Build strong relationships across the company to partner effectively in a matrix organizational structure to achieve the best business outcome.
* Engage strategically with clients, connecting and establishing relationships with senior decision makers.
* Aggregate and prioritize key customer feedback to ensure business owners receive product and industry intelligence to act on.
* Manage the design of campaigns to support GTM activities for the sales channel and partners, including stakeholder input and support.
* Champion the “VOC” feedback for providing input into the Solutions team for new product needs and enhancements.
* Provide knowledge, use cases and industry expertise to the matrix partners relative to creation of content, GTM programs and training for the sellers.
* Share industry POV’s, provide thought leadership insight and champion the execution of industry events.

* Create a two-to-three-year blueprint to implement the enterprise strategy in own area connecting the dots across multiple functions.
* Identify and prioritize critical future factors in making judgements, gathering the right resources to adapt or adjust the plan.
* Identify changing customer needs or trends and work to address them.

* Empower the organization to find competitive advantage to better serve employees and customers.
* Communicate a compelling business case to gain buy-in for significant change.
* Assess capacity for change and potential trade-offs required to prioritize change effort.
* Innovation: Continually evaluate the product line for gaps and opportunities for new offerings.
Collaborating and Influencing:
* Build credibility as a trusted thought partner to multiple stakeholders across the business.
* Influence teams responsible in enhancing customer experience and optimize account assignments.
* Facilitate discussions that enable collaboration among team members.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Track record of professional experience in the credit reference agency or software industry in various roles.
* Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively champion strategy programs and implement strategic initiatives.
* Ability to build successful relationships with key customers and peers.
* Ability to assess rapidly changing circumstances and provide sound strategic sales advice.
* Ability to compile and interpret complex data to reach sound conclusions.
* Understanding of trends and challenges facing various client industries.
* Strong management and listening skills to identify and articulate needs for growth.
* Ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior management.
* Program management experience with an eye for process improvement.
* Independence, initiative, and excellent communication skills.
