What the Job Involves As an Operational Finance and Admin Assistant, you will provide efficient financial and administrative support to the Community Equipment Service, ensuring invoices are checked, batched for authorization, and recorded accurately. You will liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely invoice receipt, assist managers with financial data for budget monitoring, and update e-forms and management information systems as necessary. You will manage meeting room bookings, handle reception duties, and communicate with customers regarding payment and invoice queries. Your responsibilities also include upholding health and safety standards, protecting children and vulnerable adults, and participating in the co-ordination of leave/absences within the team. The role may be subject to change and requires adherence to any reasonable duties as directed by the Service Director.
