Service Level Manager A global financial services firm is seeking a Contract Service Level Manager to develop and implement a Service Level Management (SLM) Framework within EBRD. This role will involve defining, documenting, reporting, and governing service levels. Day Rate: £500-£540 per day IR35 Status: Outside Duration: Initial 6-month contract Location: 2 days per week in Central London Key Experience Required: Previous experience as a Service Level Manager within a financial services organisation Proven track record of initiating and establishing SLM processes and governance Expertise in reviewing and assessing the impact of existing services, service agreements, and contracts to mitigate business service level risks Ability to design, map, and gain stakeholder buy-in for a structured SLM framework tailored to the organisation Strong hands-on experience configuring Service Level Management in ITSM systems, particularly ServiceNow
