Job Description
As the TSE Brand Marketing Manager you will develop and manage a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing calendar for The Sports Edit and oversee the creation and delivery of impactful marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with TSE's brand identity and tone of voice. You will manage and coordinate CRM strategies aimed at optimising revenue, customer engagement, and brand recognition whilst leading the end-to-end process of campaign development, from concept to execution, including photoshoots and creative asset production.
What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Oversee the execution of the aligned marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and meet performance targets. Create and review campaign performance wrap-up reports, using insights to optimize future strategies. Manage homepage content strategy, layout updates, and testing plans to improve user engagement and conversion.
* Lead the production and art direction of e-commerce and editorial photoshoots, ensuring alignment with brand standards and project timelines. Coordinate with freelance creative teams and manage all logistics related to photoshoots, including budget adherence, model selection, and asset finalization.
* Work closely with internal teams (Buying & Merchandising, e-commerce, and marketing) to align marketing activities with business strategies and key commercial objectives. Maintain strong relationships with external brand partners and oversee trade marketing collaborations that drive revenue.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including CRM revenue, direct revenue, brand searches, and trade marketing income. Leverage data and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing outputs.
* Continuously evaluate and refine campaigns to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI. Ensure campaigns align with critical paths for timely launches and meet the strategic requirements of the marketing calendar.
