A successful applicant will:
- prepare, cook and present delicious meals in accordance with their excellent knowledge of hygiene, health and safety guidelines.
- be a confident, highly motivated caterer.
- prefer to source good quality, seasonal produce locally.
- be proficient in building and costing menus.
- already have at least 2 years experience in running a successful catering outlet.
- have the ability to build, train and inspire their own team as their business grows.
- be willing to go the extra mile on a whim!
Cost to franchisee -
- Initial rent free period to build up the business.
- £250 per week in rent thereafter, or 10% of turnover, whichever is greater. All bills are included in the rental
- Fully equipped kitchen supplied.
- Opportunity to expand sales by offering take away via 3rd party delivery companies.
