The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality and responsive recruitment service to a range of stakeholders. You will also provide expert advice on recruitment processes and procedures.

You will help us develop ways of working which celebrate best recruitment and HR practice and establish excellent working relationships with stakeholders.
The post-holder will monitor the work of the HR & OD Assistants to ensure the workload is evenly distributed and carried out to a high standard in line with policies and procedures.
Main duties of the job
1. To supervise a team of HR and OD Assistants.
2. To support the Trust's HR and OD team to provide a friendly, welcoming and efficient 'front of house' service to the HR and OD Department.
3. To support the HR Advisor (Recruitment Lead) to lead and improve the Trust's recruitment service.
4. To ensure a comprehensive administration and support service is provided to the HR, OD, EDI and Health and Wellbeing team/s.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ qualification or equivalent and/or with equivalent level of relevant experience.
Experience
* Experience of working within a recruitment service environment or team.
* Experience of working in a customer services environment.
* Experience of working to deadlines and delivering results.
* Experience of using e-recruitment systems (TRAC/Networx or other).
* Experience of recruitment and selection processes.
* Knowledge and experience of working in a HR and/or OD role.
Skills
* Knowledge of HR processes and procedures and the ability to learn new processes.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.
* Ability to co-ordinate a variety of duties that run simultaneously, prioritising where appropriate.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Ability to produce work with a high degree of accuracy within given deadlines.
* Ability to record and/or pass on accurate information (verbal & written).
* Microsoft Office and IT skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent proof-reading skills.
