Customer Service Advisor Warrington, Cheshire Up to £30000.00 per annum Posted May 29, 2024 We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client in Warrington on a full time permanent basis. Our client is a leading provider within its industry providing products across the world. Salary: upto £30,000 per annum ( dependent on skills and experience) Hours of work: 38 hours per week Monday to Thursday 7.30am until 4pm / 8.30am until 5pm Friday 7.30am until 1pm Our client offers the option to work one day from home per week after the training period. The Role: Processing all sales transactions on the company MRP system. Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date in the system. Supporting the commercial team to ensure customer communications are effective. Effective management of customer queries, and expectations. Communicating customer feedback to the rest of the business. Recording and resolving customer complaints, in-line with company procedures. Maintaining sales information including order and quotation processing via the company CRM system. Implement best practice and change initiatives throughout the department. Key requirements: High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time, with attention to detail.
