Individual Giving Manager
Hours: 21-28 hours per week
Salary: £37,500 - £40,359 FTE (pro-rata - salary dependent on skills, experience and knowledge)
Contract: Permanent
Base: Osney Mead/Hybrid
This is a results-driven role; your fundraising successes have a direct impact on the services we are able to offer to support people’s mental health. This role nurtures a set of individual giving streams, including legacies, in memory gifts, regular and individual donations, and campaigns.

We would really like to know how your skills and experience match our requirements. If you feel they do, please tell us how you meet the below requirements:
1. Awareness and compassion for the needs of people living with mental and emotional health problems.
2. Basic use of a CRM system or Excel to track and manage relationships or customer journeys.
3. Working knowledge of fundraising and GDPR best practices.
4. Experience of delivering against income targets in a fundraising or account management role.
5. Working experience of creating and/or managing budgets.
6. A track record of building positive relationships in relation to income generation, including delivering key messages to different audiences.
7. Ability to travel extensively throughout Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
8. Strong relationship-building skills, including tailoring your approach to different audiences.
9. Good computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and email.
10. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written, with an ability to present an appropriate and persuasive case for support.
11. Ability to work independently while seeking advice and support when appropriate.
12. Willingness to work out of hours and flexibly within the team.
13. Attention to detail.
