The Role
We are currently looking to recruit a new team member to the role of Internal Sales Support, someone who is organised, motivated and able to communicate well with others.
As Internal Sales Support you will provide an administration function at the Newport office, offering support to the current internal team by liaising with all facets of the company, carrying out data processing orientated tasks, answering phone calls, and achieving/maintaining levels of sales and customer service. A good manner is essential for this role as you will also be required to communicate with existing customers, developing, and building relationships when dealing with enquiries.
The job will be within our internal sales team, reporting to the Sales Office Manager.
High emphasis is placed on development and full training will be provided to aid in progression within the company. Predominantly this is based on developing technical knowledge of products and the industry to progress into the technical Sales team.
