An established UK-based charity is seeking a Senior Paediatric Registered Nurse to join its specialist team providing expert care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. Operating in South East London, this organization has been delivering exceptional clinical care, symptom management, and family support for over 25 years.
As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will lead and deliver high-quality, holistic nursing care, supporting children and families through complex health needs. You will coordinate shifts, manage caseloads, mentor junior staff, and contribute to multi-disciplinary care planning.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide specialist nursing care tailored to individual needs
2. Lead care coordination, ensuring best practices in paediatric palliative care
3. Support families, addressing emotional and clinical requirements
4. Supervise and mentor newly qualified nurses and healthcare professionals
5. Collaborate with external professionals to deliver integrated care
Requirements:
1. Registered Nurse (RCN / RGN / RNLD) with paediatric nursing experience
2. Strong clinical skills in symptom management and safeguarding
3. Experience with children with disabilities and complex health conditions
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and IT skills
