* Location: SEN schools across Beaminster, Dorchester and surrounding areas.
* Position Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
* Supporting students with a variety of needs including Autism, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, Learning Difficulties, Physical Disabilities, and more
* Age Group: Primary and Secondary pupils
* Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and group support for students with SEN
* Assist with classroom activities and learning resources
* Create a safe and engaging environment that helps students thrive
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student progress
* Help develop personalized learning plans for students
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young adults with Special Educational Needs
* Compassion, patience, and a positive, proactive approach to working with diverse learners
* A passion for making a difference in students' educational journeys
* Flexibility to work in different school environments and with a variety of needs
* A teaching assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
