As Director of Digital Workplace, you’ll lead this transformation of our digital workplace, delivering seamless, intuitive experiences that enhance productivity and satisfaction for all colleagues, including currently “unwired groups” such as clinicians and care workers. Key Responsibilities Lead the transformation from traditional End-User Computing (EUC) to a product-centric Digital Workplace function. Oversee a team of up to 70 individuals, including permanent staff, contractors, and sourcing partners. Manage and continuously improve digital workplace and identity management capabilities. Introduce low-code/no-code platforms to support citizen development. Develop and implement strategies for device management, mobile device management, and remote working. Ensure compliance with regulations and Bupa's Directive & Control requirements. Collaborate with other platform and product teams to ensure seamless digital workplace integration. Maintain strong supplier partnerships and manage contract negotiations. Contribute to Bupa's technology community, focusing on people, sustainability, and innovation initiatives. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Extensive experience delivering exceptional digital workplace experiences in a large, complex enterprise environment. Strong knowledge of EUC technologies, including desktop and mobile device management, virtualization, and cloud services. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at an executive level. Strong product leadership and management experience. Experience managing complex EUC projects and migrations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop, and motivate product teams. Significant experience managing and optimising large budgets.
