Our client is a fast expanding, dynamic and growing company. Their recruitment team is growing fast and there is an opening for an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join their team. They are a Health, Safety and Environmental solution provider offer a range of support from Health, Safety and Environmental Professionals, Training, PPE provision and support to multiple heavy industrial, energy and construction sectors across the UK. If you are a decision-maker, solution fixer with an analytical mindset with the capability to identify issues and find solutions with a genuine pride in delivering world-class service to everyone, champion the values of the business whilst maintaining a sales-first mindset, then this could be your next career move You will work closely alongside the recruitment team to source high-quality candidates for many openings in various projects within the renewable energy sector. You will be required to gain interest from candidates by promoting the company's roles, the culture and values of the business to candidates and external stakeholders. Building strong relationships with candidates, develop your network and talent pool, and socialise to enharnce the business. An active pipeline of strong potential candidates for future openings is essential and you will have a great mentor to show you the ropes in order to screen candidates over the telephone, to ensure a good clear understanding for each position is achieved to gain interest. Take references and qualification verification checks for all candidates together with reviewing CVs. Monitor start/end dates of existing workers to ensure a trusted workforce is serviced and maintained wherever possible, whilst taking part in recruitment events when required, learning about the wider HSE sector and become a specialist for your network. Excellent communication skills, sales / recruitment experience in a previous role is preferred relationships. Good written and spoken English.
