Contract Scotland is recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join our forward-thinking client in the Grangemouth area.
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and should be able to work independently, whilst managing your own workload efficiently.
In this role, you will be pivotal in the waste management and recycling arm of the business, and a proven record in this field would be beneficial.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Ensure all compliance and certifications are kept up to date/monitoring expiry
2. Document quality control processes and maintain accurate records
3. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication
4. Diary management for incoming and outgoing stock and on-site deliveries
5. On-boarding of new employees
6. Manage internal information systems accurately and confidentially
7. Perform data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks
8. Any other ad-hoc duties
