Job summary Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide and coordinate a high quality and reliable administrative service to the Place and Partnerships Team. This is a deadline driven role where often the team are required to meet a quick turn around of accurate minutes following meetings and updated action logs. Prepare agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required. Supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary. Able to work on own initiative and unsupervised, within defined policies and procedures to set timescales. Have a flexible/adaptable approach to their work in order to meet various deadlines.
