Could you be part of our team? We have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic to work within our Later Living Housing Development at Ravens Court, Motherwell on a part-time permanent basis. About the role: As a Care & Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting older and vulnerable adults in their own homes. Operating between 8.00am and 10.00pm seven days a week, you'll provide assistance with daily living tasks based on individual care plans. Whether it's administering medication, personal support, or helping with meals, your empathetic approach will make a real difference to our tenants' lives. You’ll have the time to get to know our residents and are trusted to give each person the care and support they need, in the way they like. In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Domestic, we will offer you: £12.00 per hour (Pay Award Pending) 12 hours per week A rota can be agreed with successful candidate Paid training and development Paid Disclosure Generous annual leave entitlement Option to work additional bank cover hours via our agency What we’re looking for in our Domestic To ensure our Later Living development is maintained to a high standard, you should be self-motivated and want to achieve high levels of hygiene. Skills and experience required to become our Domestic: You should have a warm, friendly personality, an understanding attitude towards older people and an ability to work well on your own initiative.
