Your new role
* Daily bank reconciliation and related cash book allocations
* Running ageing reports, sharing remittances with customers, and ensuring sales ledger control account is reconciled
* Supporting order release and credit limit checks
* Liaising with cross-functional departments
* Setting up payment runs for approval
* Reconciliation, invoice queries, remittances vs payments
* Weekly AP review with FC
* Employee expenses
* Credit Card administration
* Supporting payroll function
* Working alongside with HR, monthly reconciliation process and operational level payroll administration
* Ad-hoc tasks to be performed as requested by the line manager
