Provide reports and constructive feedback in relation to quality and compliance across a portfolio of homes/ group. Review and analysis of information, reporting on home level and group trends, fostering a culture of candour, shared learning and continuous improvement. Produce SMART action/improvement plans in line with audit and review findings, supporting company-wide continuous improvement. Support Registered Managers and team members, with local authority, CQC, quality monitoring visits where required. Participate in the continuous improvement of quality and compliance process to ensure enhanced framework and service delivery. To raise safeguarding or serious non compliance and risk issues accordingly Review, update, and manage key documentation, policies, and procedures. Supporting new Home Managers CQC registration and regulatory reporting requirements. Stay updated on CQC changes, keeping informed on best practices across the sector. Signpost staff to guidance and advice on policies and CQC standards Arrange and participate in Registered Manager forums providing updates to best practices, legislative changes, and shared opportunities for learning. Participate in the development of Quality and Compliance training, coaching and development. Qualifications & Experience Registered health/social care professional. NMC/Social Work or similar. Experience and knowledge of the health and social care sector in management, quality improvement capacity An understanding of CQC regulations, inspections/ Local Authority quality frameworks/ health and social car frameworks Abilities, Skills & Behaviours A team player who is professional, approachable, and an active listener. Open-minded, flexible and adaptable with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with strong planning, prioritisation, and attention to detail. Ability to review critically; Act as a "critical friend," providing constructive feedback while supporting performance improvement. Ability to motivate other and drive change and improvement.
