We do this by: giving an extra full day of PPA release each term weekly release slot for subject leaders two-week half-term break for the long Autumn term make sure staff meetings are used so teachers can complete key tasks not add extra jobs to do later flexi-PPA time where possible minimal marking policy, using ‘in the moment verbal feedback’ as our core pedagogy For further information about this role please refer to the Job Description.
