Service Delivery Manager - RAF Marham
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Role Overview: We're currently recruiting a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full-time basis.

Our ideal Service Delivery Manager will:
1. Have knowledge of working in a management role within the soft FM service industry
2. Possess leadership skills and knowledge
3. Display a real passion for food and customer service and be financially and commercially astute
4. Exhibit good communication skills - both written and verbal
5. Have good computer skills
6. Demonstrate interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills
7. Maintain a 'Can do' attitude
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Promoting a safety culture and ensuring our teams are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures
2. Managing labour, equipment & resources budget
3. Ensuring the Services operation continually improves
4. Engaging and managing our teams effectively
5. Ensuring the delivery and quality of the Facilities, Catering and Retail operation is in accordance with the client service level agreement and company procedures
6. Managing any third-party suppliers or contractors as required ensuring they meet or exceed the agreed service level agreements
