JOB SUMMARY Generate demand, through appropriate care and service to the different sales channels for the company: Knowledge of the kitchen, and stone industry is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan the number of visits to clients and the appropriate frequency of visits based on client importance. Identify and take the opportunities to maximize the visibility of Cosentino products to generate sales. Build and maintain good relationships with clients based on mutual trust and respect. Train in the characteristics and the attributes of the product, provide information, and deliver marketing tools relevant to the client’s segmentation. Optimize sales and marketing by promoting visits to Cosentino Centers. Attend and provide post –sale service. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION Secondary school education or Professional Training degree. Further education would be an advantage. KNOWLEDGE Preferably live within the postcodes of area covered Experience within the natural stone industry (preferred but not essential) Adaptable to work within a team and as an individual Clean driving licence preferred Commercial sales awareness (preferred but not essential) Self-motivated and time management Essential Sales force knowledge (preferred but not essential) Standard computer skills essential Identify potential sales growth within the area Occasional nights away and mandatory to participate in events outside normal working hours Knowledge of the Kitchen, Bathroom and Stone industry is desirable. Target driven role, paying particular detail to customer care and service for both the company and partners involved. Must be a confident and driven individual with the ability to network and communicate with all levels of personnel. This will include Retailers, Designers, Developers, Fabricators. Must be organized and pro-active to generate leads. Regular user of computers Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus EXPERIENCE 3-4 years-experience in the Sales and Promotion of technical consumer products, preferably branded products.
