Main duties of the job As Physiotherapist you will: Manage a clinical caseload with autonomy. Demonstrate knowledge, experience & relevant clinical skills for patients with complex/long term conditions, falls, orthopaedics & general mobility problems. Undertake comprehensive assessment, provide therapeutic diagnosis using investigative, advanced analytical skills, specialist listening, physical & observational skills, interpret clinical findings/documentation & implement agreed treatment plans. Monitor & evaluate treatment to measure progress/outcomes to ensure effectiveness of interventions & service delivery. Develop programmes of care to support discharge.
