Be all you can be with Hamberley We have an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional to join our central team as Recruitment Partner at Hamberley Neurocare. This is a newly created role focusing on our specialist neurocare services across the UK, where the role involves influencing stakeholders at different levels to implement an effective recruitment strategy, meeting weekly hiring targets aligned with business growth You’ll be a key member of the recruitment team, leading the recruiting and on-boarding processes for the neuroocare portfolio of homes we have. The Senior Recruitment Partner/ Lead will be reporting to the Head of Recruitment, supporting hiring managers with their hiring goals. You'll both autonomy to make key decisions as well as support and team collaboration on wider Resourcing projects. This role will be based to begin with in our home in Southampton and will require travelling up to 3 days a week visiting our other homes in the portfolio. Some of the things you'll do in the role include: Support the development of the recruitment strategies, tailoring our approach to recruitment, based on needs of the services and best practice. Source, provide and present regular recruitment metrics, management information and statutory reporting. Leading recruitment initiatives for new site openings. Working with the on-boarding team to ensure that candidate's pre-employment screening and onboarding is carried out in a timely manner. Proactively engage with managers to determine recruitment needs and ensure vacancies are filled in a way which best meets the business needs of the business. Work alongside HR, Operations, Finance and Marketing to ensure that all Recruitment plans and spend are commercially robust, delivering the best ROI for the business. Acting as an ATS super user, working internally and externally with the ATS provider on system optimization, improvement, and development Monitor, manage and report recruitment performance, including adherence to agreed KPI’s and SLA’s. Could you be part of our team? About You: Demonstrable experience managing a high-performing recruitment team - within a healthcare environment (i.e. Nursing/medical recruitment background). Experience formulating campaigns and managing external recruitment Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (ATS/ HRIS). Possess a keen awareness of market challenges in the social care sector and be adept at designing effective recruitment strategies. Knowledge of recruitment compliance and onboarding practices and processes. Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills with strong decision-making skills. An active team player but also able to work on own initiative. Strong stakeholder relationship building and leadership skills. Committed to working in a hybrid role, with travel to our central office in Luton when required and to the sites on a regular basis.
